Feature: DiverSFFY

DiverSFFy is a feature I came up with to put the spotlight on books in Science fiction and Fantasy that do a good job of portraying characters with different perspectives. This ranges from race and ethnicity to social class to gender roles to sexual orientation almost anything else you can think of.

I think it's important to have books portray people as they are; full of different ideas and beliefs, drawing from their own cultures and heritage. We all have different perspectives on the world. Shouldn't our books reflect that too?

So here's a list of books that I've featured that are not only amazing books, but books that do a good job of capturing some of those different perspectives.

Feel free to join in with this feature! Link me to your posts in the comments or on twitter (@spidersilksnow).
